Sales Activity for San Ramon Condos & Town Homes for May 2013 showed significant increase in average sales price as compared to the same time frame in 2012.
While total unit sales were down, the average sales prices were up 50% and more. The really good news is all of these sales were equity sales--no short sales or bank owned properties.

- 17 closed sales ranging in price $560,000 to $775,000
- 13 new listings ranging in price $224,000 to $649,000
- 4 received contracts priced between $225,000 to $450,000
- 15 closed sales ranging in price from $210,000 to $745,000
