CityWalk would bring housing, businesses, a hotel and more to San Ramon's Bishop Ranch.

SAN RAMON, CA — The San Ramon Planning Commission is set to consider approving the CityWalk master plan Tuesday.

The council will also consider approving the project's environmental impact report — a necessary step in approving a project.

The plan, created by Bishop Ranch Business Park owner Sunset Development, would guide development on the 130-acre Bishop Ranch properties for the 25 to 27 years.
