San Ramon Police Arrest Suspects Accused Of Liquor Store Break-In

Three suspects allegedly shattered the front door of San Ramon liquor store and stole roughly $1000 in goods.

SAN RAMON, CA — San Ramon police arrested two suspects in relation to a break-in at a San Ramon liquor store.

Last Wednesday, a San Ramon officer noticed a strange vehicle leaving the parking lot of a closed liquor store, according to the San Ramon Police Department. The officer pulled the car over, and while they were speaking to the car drivers, they received an alarm call from the same liquor store.

Additional officers arrived on scene, and found that the liquor store’s front door was shattered and several bottles of alcohol were missing from the shelves. Police say they recovered roughly $2,000 worth of stolen alcohol and additional stolen property.

Officers arrested two women from San Mateo, aged 29 and 30, and a 24-year-old man from Stockton for commercial burglary and conspiracy. All three were booked at the Martinez Detention Facility.

Several burglaries have been reported in the Tri-Valley in recent weeks. In Danville, officers are searching for three suspects who broke into a home on Woodranch Circle the night of Jan. 30 and reportedly stole hundreds of thousands worth of handbags, sunglasses, jewelry.

The previous day in Pleasanton, The Press Artisan Cafe told Pleasanton Weekly that someone had smashed open their front glass door and stole their 150-pound safe and cash register. Police still have not located suspects.
