Suspected Mail Thieves Arrested Behind San Ramon Safeway

SAN RAMON, CA — Two Antioch residents are in jail after they were caught with stolen mail Monday morning, police said. Home security camera footage helped officers track the suspects, who were found behind the San Ramon Safeway on 2505 San Ramon Valley Blvd.

Antioch residents William Millard, 25, and Dale Saunders, 54, were both arrested on suspicion of possessing stolen property. Saunders is also suspected of violating his felony probation and possessing drug paraphernalia.
