You cannot put him on a leash or take him for a walk.
He does not wear a collar with his name and “if found” information around his neck.
He does not come when you call his name, and you cannot put him in a cage.
You cannot pet him or give him a bath.
He does not sit next to you on the couch or sleep beside you at night.
He will never come into the house and could never be taken to the veterinarian.
But you don’t have to follow him, picking up his poop either!
