Join Nansie when she talks about her memoir and the years she spent helping her brother rebuild his life after a traumatic brain injury, and what those years taught her about love, resilience, and starting over.

This event is for caregivers, families, readers, and anyone who has faced life- changing uncertainty and wondered how to move forward.

Suggested donation of $10.

Dr. Jonathan Young: Founding curator of Joseph Campbell Archives and Library and creator of the doctoral program in Mythological Studies at Pacifica Graduate Institute. He is the Minister at the Live Oak Unitarian Universalist Congregation in Goleta.

Nansie Chapman Douglas is the former publisher of Santa Barbara Family Life Magazine and has more than 30 years caregiving experience. She has a masters degree in clinical psychology with a focus on narrative therapy.
