Bring your dog and come to the Cypress Inn, Lincoln and 7th, in Carmel-by-the-Sea, to an elegant afternoon tea and book-signing, and celebrate The Adventures of Jack and Rugby, a new children's four-book series about the real-life adventures of two lively dogs-who are best friends. One of the stories ("The Birthday Ball") tales place at the dog-friendly Cypress Inn, where Jack and Rugby go for tea on Rugby's birthday. Meet authors, Tory Beale and Cynthia Messer, and enjoy an elegant tea in the Inn's living room. Dogs are welcome!
