Boys & Girls Club of Santa Cruz Announce Masquerade Bazaar
Santa Cruz, CA (September 2, 2011) -- The Boys & Girls Club of Santa Cruz announced a masquerade theme for their 2011 fund-raising gala. The Masquerade Bazaar will include a champagne reception, hors d'oeuvres, raffle, and silent auction along with music by Pacific Standard Time and performances by local singers, musicians, dancers, and artists. Proceeds from the annual event help the Boys & Girls Club of Santa Cruz continue to provide great programs and keep membership fees low for young people in the community.

The Boys & Girls Club Masquerade Bazaar will be held on Friday, October 15th from 6:30pm. – 11:00pm. at the Cocoanut Grove Santa Cruz. Tickets can be purchased online at http://www.boysandgirlsclub.info
The Boys & Girls Club of Santa Cruz has been helping young people in the Santa Cruz community achieve their dreams for over forty years. Every day after school, kids ages six to eighteen get involved in club activities including sports, arts and crafts, and computers as well as homework and career guidance. Although many Club members live or attend school a short distance from the club in downtown Santa Cruz, others from around Santa Cruz County are also welcomed.

The Boys & Girls Club of Santa Cruz is making every effort to meet the growing demand for young people to have a positive place to be after school and on weekends. The Club’s low annual membership fee of $20 per year assures access for all kids. Those who give credit to Boys & Girls Club for making a difference in their formative years include Michael Jordan, Shaquille O’Neal, Brad Pit, Bill Cosby, Bill Clinton, Jennifer Lopez, Neil Diamond, Kool & The Gang, and Denzel Washington to mention a few.
Tickets for the Masquerade Gala are $40 per person or $1000 for the VIP Lounge (VIP’s receive: 10 tickets, a personal lounge area, choice of beer and wine or champagne welcome, and signage opportunity.)
