Hate to Love Running Program

The Hate to Love Running Program is for you if you think you hate running; if you couldn’t run a half a mile to save your life; if your clothes are tight and you are feeling uncomfortable in your body; if you never got around to losing last year’s winter weight; if you feel sluggish and need more energy; if you are tired of starting exercise plans and abandoning them 3 days later; you “can’t run” because you have bad knees or feet or elbows.

Registration is open for the upcoming 9 week virtual group program that begins February 12th and finishes on April 15th, 2012.  You will receive support to reach the goal of going from your current level of exercise to running a 5K with one on one and group support, a training plan, resources, and serious cheer-leading to transform your relationship with running and confidence from hate to love.

You will have the ease of doing the workouts when they fit in your busy life and being virtually connected to the larger group of participants to stay motivated and accountable.  You deserve to have energy, feel sexy and strong, and re-learn that you can accomplish anything you set your mind to.
