Claire has had solo shows in New York City and South Carolina and participated in group and juried shows nationally. She currently lives in Bonny Doon.

Artist Statement: In this body of work, I intended to create an experience of calm, of centeredness, and of timelessness. I am very inspired by modernism in art, design and architecture, as well as my studies of spirituality and energy work. For these paintings, I was especially inspired by the modernist concept that art can facilitate an experience of the sublime or transcendence.
