The Santa Cruz Chorale, Christian Grube, Conductor and Artistic Director, presents the award winning San Luis Obispo Vocal Arts Ensemble under conductor Gary Lamprecht.
The Vocal Arts Ensemble will begin the program with the famous “Crucifixus” by the Italian Antonio Lotti. His work is considered a bridge between the established Baroque and emerging Classical styles.
The brother of Franz J. Haydn, Johann M. Haydn, wrote the Choir’s next work for piano & choir “Gloria Et Honore”.
Next will be the choral prayers of Johannes Brahms and Anton Bruckner.

The second half of the concert will showcase arrangements of American and Canadian folk songs and the “Songs of Freedom” from South Africa.
