Rising star musicians from Manhattan School of Music, The New School for Jazz, University of Miami, USC, UCLA, and Berklee School of Music join together to create Spiral Bound, a blend of electronic composition, folk music and modern jazz. Led by alto saxophonist/vocalist Jill Ryan, Spiral Bound presents classics as well as a forward-looking repertoire, including music by Wayne Shorter and Flying Lotus, but also original compositions and arrangements.
