Wooster

Wooster climbed to the top of the Santa Cruz party band pile in 2009 with their debut album, The Heights of Things. Described as “reaching deep into blues, soul and vintage reggae,” the band is lead by boy/girl vocal duo Brian Gallagher and Caroline Kuspa. The band’s sound fuses Gallagher’s impassioned and raw vocal delivery with the young and beautiful Caroline’s remarkable gift for melody that, when combined with the richness of her tone, creates only the most eloquent of harmonies. With standout tracks like "Ooh Girl," dominating local radio airwaves, the music of Wooster appeals equally to the reggae, blues and indie rock ‘n’ soul crowds.

Jared Mees & The Grown Children

The brainchild of songwriter/composer/arranger/screenprinter Jared Mees, “The Grown Children” are the catchall name for the current amalgamation of players collaborating with Mees on recordings or on stage.

Since then many friends have joined the Grown Children Family, and while the constant lineup changes and improvised, infrequent rehearsals would cause many bands to suffer, they have become the vitality of the Grown Children, giving live shows a devil-may-care energy and keeping the recordings on the new album Caffeine, Alcohol, Sunshine, Money dynamic, vibrant and honest.

Halsted

Halsted is the new brain child of acclaimed singer/songwriter Ryan Auffenberg, whose 2008 debut solo album “Marigolds” received national accolades in the press, college radio and placement on major network television.

Returning with a new album and under a different moniker, Halsted’s “Life Underwater” weaves a masterful patchwork of musical textures, ranging from wide-eyed, anthemic bombast to hushed, plaintive intimacy.
