FEMA Offers Disaster Aid To San Lorenzo Valley
Assistance will be available Monday and Tuesday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. in Boulder Creek.
SANTA CRUZ COUNTY, CA β The Federal Emergency Management Agency is slated to operate a mobile assistance center in Boulder Creek to provide aid to San Lorenzo Valley fire victims.
The FEMA station will be open Monday and Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Boulder Creek Elementary School (400 W. Lomond. St.), the county said in a news release.
Victims may also get help daily from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at Kaiser Permanente Arena (140 Front St., Santa Cruz).

Be prepared to provide your:
- Social Security Number
- Insurance information
- Address of your damaged home
- Describe losses
- Current mailing address and phone number
- Annual household income
- Routing and account number of checking or savings account for direct transfer
