Property Taxes Are Due In Santa Cruz County

From Santa Cruz County: The County of Santa Cruz reminds property owners that the second installment of property taxes is due by Wednesday, April 10, 2019 at 5 p.m. Residents have several ways to pay property taxes including:

 Online e-check.
 Credit or debit card. There is a 2.29% convenience fee for using your
credit card to pay your property taxes.
 Mail. Please mail your payment to P.O. Box 1817, Santa Cruz, 95061-1817.
Include your parcel number on your check and your payment coupon, if
available. Be sure to have a postmark on the envelope of no later than
April 10, 2019.
 In person. Go to the County Governmental Building, 701 Ocean St., Santa
Cruz, Room 150, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

To view your tax bill or pay online for free with e-check go to http://ttc.co.santa-
cruz.ca.us/TaxBills/ and enter your parcel number. Parcel numbers can also be

obtained by entering your address online at http://sccounty01.co.santa-
cruz.ca.us/ASR/.
