Bioregional Governance

Any system of government of and for the human residents of a bioregional
community should reflect the natural organization of the greater
bioregion. Centralized authoritarian rule is antithetical to natural
bioregions. Centralization, hierarchy and autocracy are not found in the natural world, nor in historical non-state human social systems.
