Award-winning, Santa Monica-based cookbook author Amelia Saltsman will sign copies of her new book, The Seasonal Jewish Kitchen, at the Santa Monica Farmers’ Market on Wed., Sept. 2, 10 A.M. to noon, at 3rd and Arizona Ave.

In The Seasonal Jewish Kitchen, Saltsman traces the delicious thread of Jewish cuisine from its ancient roots to today’s focus on seasonality and sustainability.
