City Council to Discuss Mayoral-Selection Process at Retreat

Members will discuss legal issues pertaining to council members serving as liaisons to local boards and commissions, as well as the policy for the appointment of Emeritus members to those groups; proposed two-year budgeting and expenditure control budgeting; a proposed annual evaluation process for the city manager, city attorney and city clerk; and options for the process of . The council will also determine its retreat date for 2012.

Following the Sunday retreat, the next City Council meeting will be held Feb. 22. It will take place at the usual time and location: 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at .
