As a company, our number one value is trust.

As my team and I have been in the pet industry since 1991, you may already know that we genuinely pride ourselves on being a pet company first and foremost. However, in order to make a positive impact and change in thousands of communities and for hundreds of thousands of pet owners, we leverage technology, specifically the Zingy mobile app, as our vehicle.

With over 25 years of experience in creating pet products, and more recently with pet services, we know what pets mean to their owners. Our goal is to deliver nothing short of the best in terms of customer experience while creating a safe service that, to date, has resulted in happy pets and even happier owners!

It’s because of our experience, knowledge, and knowhow that when we launched Zingy we elected to earn trust with our community by offering a collect service (pick up from the owner) exclusively. While members of the Zingy team have been responsible for some of the best pet products and brands in the global pet industry, we felt that the Zingy brand had to prove its own value and trust independent of its founding team’s track record.

Our community has taken the time to get to know us, meet our walkers, and has seen the first-class service and one-to-one care that we deliver. They’ve loved it so much that all of our walkers have been given 5-star ratings since launch – that’s something we’re super proud of!

Today, I’m proud to say that we’re advancing our offering and taking the next step in our relationship with our community by offering home access.

Rest assured that this step is one we have put a lot of time, thought, care, and protection into. Our walkers are trusted, trained, and educated, our service is insured (not that we ever want to raise a claim but it is there as a level of protection), and our operation is completelytransparent. As a pet owner, you’ll know when we’ve arrived, you’ll know when the walk has started, and you can watch in real-time where your pet is while in our care.

We are making your first walk FREE, too; we’d love the opportunity to prove our value and have you join our community–a community in which trust is of the highest importance to us and your pet is part of our family too!
