
Santa Monica’s Eat Well Week will return for its 4th consecutive year in celebration of California Restaurant Month to promote healthy eating after the holidays. From January 11-17, 2016, local restaurants will offer a specially crafted dish or cocktail highlighting Californias native vegetable, the beloved artichoke. From Grilled and Fire Roasted Artichokes to artichoke risotto, diners can enjoy an assortment of artichoke delights throughout the city.
