An airbag has been deployed, blocking all lanes of the westbound freeway at Lincoln Boulevard, the California Highway Patrol reported. The CHP was notified of the possible jumper at 11:02 a.m. and then closed all lanes of westbound traffic at 11:07 a.m. for initially 30 minutes, before extended it for an unknown duration.City News Service
