Next, Armen Melkonians, Founder of Residocracy.org, will tell us all about the latest E-petition “LUVE” (Land Use Voter Empowerment) an initiative requiring voter approval for all large development.
Ellen Hannah, Treasurer of SMMCN, tells us the latest for the Downtown Specific Plan (DSP),
