New HiHo Burgers Open In Santa Monica

The restaurant focuses on the quality of the beef in order to elevate classic meals like the American cheeseburger.

SANTA MONICA, CA — A new burger restaurant opened in Santa Monica yesterday, HiHo, at 1320 2nd Street. The restaurant is the only one in the area that serves 100% grass-fed Wagyu beef, according to a HiHo press release.

Their beef is free of hormones, GMOs, antibiotics, and feedlots, and their burgers focus on elevating classics like the American cheeseburger.

"There are a lot of places to get a burger, but we are confident no one uses the quality meat that we serve. With the beef as the star, we are very excited to serve our cheeseburgers, shakes, fries and pies to our new guests in Santa Monica," said Matt Levin, co-founder of HiHo in a statement.
