Peet’s Coffee Offers Free Drinks Tuesday To Support LA Unified Employees
Teachers and all other employees can receive a free beverage of their choice anytime Tuesday by showing their district or school ID.
LOS ANGELES (CBSLA) — Peet’s Coffee is kicking off the school year with free drinks Tuesday for Los Angeles Unified employees at any of the company’s 13 Los Angeles locations.
According to LAUSD Superintendent Austin Beutner, Shira Goldman, the parent of a sixth-grader, wanted to find a way to help district employees coping with new challenges due to the coronavirus pandemic and reached out to Peet’s Coffee.
