Sunday Mornings Live! (A groundbreaking program)

Take a class in Israel without leaving Santa Monica!

Join us at Congregation Kehillat Ma’arav in Santa Monica for an unprecedented 3-part interactive series with scholars directly streaming live from Jerusalem’s renowned Schechter Institute of Jewish Studies! For three Sundays, we will explore the first series “The Struggle for a Pluralistic Jewish Society: Texts in Tension”. The first (of three) classes in the series will be held on November 15th with Dr. Einat Ramon leading the topic of “Theodore Herzl and Rabbi Abraham Isaac HaCohen Kook: Laying the Groundwork for Israel’s Secular/Religious Divide or for Dialogue?” Other classes within the initial series will feature other scholars and will be held on November 22nd and December 6th.
