[Video] William Bulger After Brother 'Whitey's' Boston Court Appearance
William Bulger, former president of the Massachusetts Senate, had few words for reporters after his brother's court appearance.
A crowd of reporters surrounded James "Whitey" Bulger's brother, William Bulger, after Whitey's court appearance this afternoon. William Bulger, the former president of both the Massachusetts State Senate and University of Massachusetts acknowledged he recognized his brother and said "it's an unusual experience," but he said little else.
