VisionLA '15 Climate Action Arts Fest Gala Opening

The gallery will feature a massive 75-artist show of environmentally-themed multimedia art with over 250 works in the former site of the Santa Monica Museum of Art. Curated by Dale Youngman and Lilli Muller, the exhibit addresses 4 themes - EARTH, WATER, RECYCLE, and AWARENESS. The exhibition illustrates how art can create and promote change by focusing on environmental topics including sustainability, reducing emissions, the California drought, ocean pollution, endangered species, activism, etc., while also reminding us of the beauty of the planet that we need to protect.

Our OPENING NIGHT GALA on November 30th will feature music by KCRW DJ Jeremy Sole, live performance art, beer, wine, and food trucks. Tickets are $20 at the door.

After the opening, the Gallery will continue to be open daily, free of charge, December 1st through December 10th, from 11:00am to 6:00pm.

The festival includes OVER 80 EVENTS across Los Angeles by visionary artists and culture-makers, featuring Art, Film, Performance, Music, Spoken Word, Public Art, Activism, Workshops, + more!

Tickets are $20 and will support the nonprofit work of VisionLA Fest, dedicated to engaging art makers and art lovers in the vision of a sustainable future.
