The lawsuit filed last Nov. 17 alleged negligence, invasion of privacy and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

The plaintiff reserved a spot in a class at Golden Bridge in January 2016, according to the suit, which said that the studio's clients included Demi Moore and Russell Brand.

A studio front desk worker took her on a tour and recommended that she put her belongings in a space designated for clients, according to her court papers. The next day, she realized that someone used her cell phone while she was in the class and sent two naked pictures of her to an unknown email address, the lawsuit said.

She immediately told the studio's manager what occurred, but nothing was done despite the manager's knowledge that other female patrons made similar complaints in the past, the suit alleged.

The complaint alleged that Golden Bridge was negligent in hiring, supervising and retaining the employee who obtained the plaintiff's photos.
