Anyone know what happened yesterday (Sunday 3/23) in Santee on Magnolia, around 3:30 pm, just before SD River bridge...6 cops pulled over a big rig, had truck surrounded, passed 3 more police cars as we headed towards Mast. Haven't seen anything in the news. Wondering why 9 patrol cars needed to on the scene...
