Black Crows

I have wondered if the city of Santee is doing anything to stop the overpopulation of the Black Crows.  I no longer see Hawks or Owls.  Seems the Crows are pushing out all the other birds and eating there babies.  Someone needs to do something to stop the overpopulation or else we will be living the Alfred Hitchcock movie "The Birds".
