Brush Fire Breaks Out On I-8 In Lakeside
The second lane is closed on eastbound I-8, just east of Lake Jennings Park Road, due to the fire, according to Caltrans.
LAKESIDE, CA – Firefighters are working to extinguish a brush fire burning in East County Thursday evening.
The blaze broke out on eastbound Interstate 8, east of Lake Jennings Park Road in Lakeside, according to the Lakeside Fire Protection District. The quarter-acre fire is burning in the center divider, officials said.
