Brush Fire Sparks Along I-8 In Alpine
The fire has burned less than an acre of brush, according to Lakeside Fire Protection District.
ALPINE, CA – A brush fire sparked Tuesday afternoon along Interstate 8 in Alpine.
The blaze broke out off eastbound I-8 E at East Willows Road, according to the California Highway Patrol's incident logs. The fire was first reported around 1:17 p.m.
The fire burned about three-fourths of an acre of brush, according to Lakeside Fire Protection District.
