''Gas prices this week continued to do what they have done best in 2010,
which is to move very little,'' said Jeffrey Spring of the Automobile Club of
Southern California. ''There are many forces at work in the gasoline market
which so far have been counteracting one another to prevent wild price swings
at the pump.''
