The National Multiple Sclerosis Society in San Diego is celebrating MS Awareness Week, March 2-8, with “Foodies Against MS,” a fundraiser on Thursday, March 5.

Some restaurants are donating up to 20 percent of the bill.

Participating in the East County is Chick-fil-A in Santee, 9418 Mission Gorge Road.
