Earthquakes In Julian Shake San Diego County
BREAKING: Multiple earthquakes hit near Julian. One quake was felt in San Diego, Riverside and Orange counties, according to reports.

SAN DIEGO COUNTY, CA – Multiple earthquakes struck near Julian and rattled San Diego County Wednesday, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
A 4.2-magnitude earthquake hit at 4:33 p.m. about 8 miles northeast of Julian. The quake had a depth of about 7 miles. Minutes later, a 3.0-magnitude quake hit roughly the same area at 4:38 p.m.
People reported feeling the larger quake across the San Diego region, as well as in Riverside and Orange counties, while the smaller quake was felt mostly in East San Diego County.

A 2.6-magnitude earthquake first struck the area at 4:29 p.m., but few people reported feeling the quake.
Following the earthquakes, North County Transit announced train services would not proceed through Del Mar Bluffs between the Solana Beach and Sorrento Valley stations. A bus bridge will provide service between the stations until a train inspector clears the tracks, agency officials said.

There were no immediate reports of structural damage or injuries.
