East County Residents Elected to San Diego CLCA Board
John Thomas of El Cajon and Larry Hall of Santee to Serve

The San Diego Chapter of the California Landscape Contractors Association (CLCA), a non-profit trade organization of licensed landscape and landscape-related contractors has elected East County residents Larry Hall and John Thomas to its board of directors. Thomas will serve as the board treasurer and Hall will serve as vice president, resource management.
Hall is a Santee resident and has more than 30 years of service in the Southern California landscape irrigation industry. He is currently a business development representative for Horizon Distributors Inc. where he supports Horizon’s customer base as a technical services and support specialist focusing on water management products and applications. As vice president of resource management, Hall will inform the membership about water resources, irrigation controls, soils, amendments and new products that help protect landscape resources.
Thomas is a resident of El Cajon and coordinator for the ornamental horticulture department at Cuyamaca College. As the newly elected treasurer, he will be responsible for administering and keeping all financial records for the association.

“Both of these men are extremely experienced and knowledgeable of the landscape industry,” said Mike Salceanu, president, San Diego Chapter CLCA. “I look forward to working and serving with them on this year’s board.”
