The Heritage Steakhouse Names Executive Chef Ahead Of Santee Opening

SANTEE, CA — The Heritage Steakhouse, a new restaurant set to open in August in Santee, has named Meredith Manée as its executive chef.

Manée brings more than 25 years of culinary experience to the role. Most recently, she served as executive chef at The Bridges at Rancho Santa Fe, overseeing culinary operations for the country club.

Her previous experience includes positions with Four Seasons properties in California, Hawaii, Texas and Colorado, as well as roles at the Hotel del Coronado and The Ritz-Carlton Maui, Kapalua.

The Heritage Steakhouse will be located on the sixth floor of the Legacy Building at Lantern Crest Senior Living. The restaurant plans to serve USDA Prime, Certified Angus and Wagyu steaks.
