So how does a Santee citizen get Santee to adopt the HERO program....it has the most contractors approved so that home owners can comparison shop. The California First program has very few contractors. I want to take advantage of this method to go solar but can't due to the limited resources offered through CA First. Help get Santee HERO approved.
