Inaugural Over-the-Line Set to Take Place in Santee

SANTEE, CA —The Santee Chamber of Commerce is bringing an Over-the-Line tournament and Party in the Park to Santee at its inaugural oktOVERfest on Oct. 1.

OktOVERfest will kick off at 9 a.m. with East County’s first OTL tournament. Teams of three can sign up to participate in the double-elimination style tournament, which will include both a men’s and women’s division.

“We’re really excited to bring Over-the-Line to Santee,” said Sandy Schmitt, Santee Chamber President/CEO. “It’s going to be a fun day packed full of ball at Over-the-Line and brews at Party in the Park.”

Attendees can head over to Party in the Park from noon to 4 p.m. to cool down with a cold beverage from the beer garden, grab food from one of the many food trucks and vendors and jam out with continuous music courtesy of DJ Eddie V.

Teams of three can register to play at the OTL tournament for $75. Spectator and Park in the Park admissions are free. Both events are for ages 21 and over.
