Last Friday the 2011 Santee Chamber of Commerce Awards Night was held at Barona Casino and Resort. Winners included Santee Patch blogger Joe Spencer for Citizen of the Year, Patch sponsor Farmers Insurance - Mike & Marla Clinkenbeard, and community photographer and friend of Patch Jay Renard.
