Permits to build 13 new homes went through this week. The new homes are by McMillin’s Morning View Collection and range in size from 2,290 to 2,951 square feet. Three of the five solar photovoltaic systems went to Solaire Energy, one went to Solar West Electric, and the remaining project is an owner/builder installation.
