Santee Extended Curfew In Effect Till June 6, 6AM

Extended curfew in effect starting at 7:00pm tonight 6/4/2020 until 6:00am 6/5/2020 and from 6/5/2020 at 7:00pm to 6/6/2020 at 6:00am . This Curfew applies to the portions of the City of Santee located to the south of Mast Boulevard (including all of Mast Boulevard), east of Carlton Hills Boulevard (including all of Carlton Hills Boulevard), west of Magnolia Avenue (including all of Magnolia Avenue itself) and north of Highway 52.

What does a curfew mean?
During this curfew, it is unlawful for any person to be on a public street, sidewalk, or public place within the City of Santee. This includes walking, bicycle, skateboard, scooter, motorcycle, automobile, or public transit. All law enforcement, fire, medical personnel, and members of the news media are exempt from the curfew, as are individuals traveling directly to and from work, seeking emergency care, fleeing dangerous circumstances, or experiencing homelessness.
