On September 11, 2020, the Director of the Development Services published a notice of Public Hearing regarding the Fanita Ranch Project (Case File Nos. Environmental Assessment AEIS2017-1; General Plan Amendment GPA2017-2; Specific Plan SP2017-1; Zoning Ordinance Amendment / Rezone R2017-1; Vesting Tentative Map TM2017-3; Development Review DR2017-4; Conditional Use Permits P2017-5 and P2020-2), which sets the public hearing for September 23, 2020.
