NOTE: CANCELLED PUBLIC HEARING On August 14, 2020, the Director of Development Services published a notice of Public Hearing regarding the Fanita Ranch Project (Case File Nos. Environmental Assessment AEIS2017-1; General Plan Amendment GPA2017-2; Specific Plan SP2017-1; Zoning Ordinance Amendment / Rezone R2017-1; Vesting Tentative Map TM2017-3; Development Review DR2017-4; Conditional Use Permits P2017-5 and P2020-2), which set the Public Hearing for August 26, 2020. That hearing has been cancelled. A new hearing date will be selected and a new Notice of Public Hearing will be published in accordance with the law.
