We asked Patch Readers what they thought the biggest safety issues were in their town. Here’s a list of the most pressing problems, from break-ins to traffic jams:

  • "The way people speed through residential areas. Kids are playing in the street and it won't be long before one gets hit."
  • "Crime and safety due to homeless in our riverbed. Look at those two high profile murder cases involving homeless. So sad."

  • "Kids robbing the liquor stores."
  • "Let's make safe place for kids to fish riverbeds."

  • "The crime"
