Santee Sheriff's 'Coffee With The Community' Scheduled Monday

SANTEE, CA — Santee community members have a chance to chat with personnel from the San Diego County Sheriff's Department's Santee Station during "Coffee with the Community."

The event is scheduled from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Monday, June 12, on the pool deck at Cameron Family YMCA, located at 10123 Riverwalk Drive in Santee.

"Community outreach is a top priority of the San Diego County Sheriff's Department.," officials said in an event announcement. "Members of the community should feel comfortable bringing problems related to safety and security to our staff."

The Santee Station's command staff, deputies and crime prevention specialist will be available during the event to speak with the public and exchange ideas and concerns over free coffee.
