SUBJECT: A Minor Conditional Use Permit (MP2020-2) application for the onsite rental of moving trucks (u-hauls) accessory to an existing convenience store (Santee Discount Market) at 11541 Woodside Avenue (APN: 382-310-24 & 382-310-12) in the Neighborhood Commercial (NC) zone and Light Industrial (IL) zone. APPLICANT: Marwan Razzouki.
