SDSU's Business of Craft Beer Program Hosts Second Student Recognition Ceremony

SDSU will have the second-ever recognition ceremony for its Professional Certificate in the Business of Craft Beer program March 3.

San Diego State University’s College of Extended Studies will have the second-ever recognition ceremony for its Professional Certificate in the Business of Craft Beer program from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 3 at the Karl Strauss Tasting Room.

This private ceremony will honor the 27 Business of Craft Beer students who have earned their Level 1 certificate, along with the first eight students ever in the program to earn their Level 2 certificates.
SDSU’s College of Extended Studies created the Business of Craft Beer certificate to foster an overall appreciation of craft beer through interactive, hands-on learning. The program provides a well-rounded experience of craft beer through the exploration of its past and present, current trends, styles, best business practices, and what the future holds for this booming industry. Classes are held on-site at local breweries and at SDSU.
