A light was on and what appeared to be an employee with a uniform was inside, the candy jars were even full to the brim- which is always a good sign. The store was in the state of being reorganized and brought back to life, but no time frame for the opening is clear.

All signs point to the re-opening of Santee's Cold Stone Creamery. And it must come soon, since that candy can't stay fresh for too long. Rumors have it that it will be open in a few days time.

I'm working on contacting the new operators, and neither the or the City Councilmembers new details about the opening.
