That's why the following are my top "Hot Picks" for the week. Although the home on Merry Brook Trail does have an association fee, the price of $163.88 still makes this one a great buy on paper. If you are looking for a "newer" home, the one on Blackhorse Dr. may be a good fit for you. At only $173.08 a square foot and no HOA or Mello-Roos and being a single story home, makes it my top pick of the week.
